SWORDFISH STEAK

 

MARINADE

3 garlic cloves

4-5oz olive oil

1 lemon

salt and pepper

mix in the food processor

Marinate the swordfish steak until the grill is hot, then cook 6 minutes on one side, then 4 minutes on the other.

Sprinkle with parsley
