add 500ml of amertune to the macerate
Amertune is brandy infused with orange quarters for 1 month (I think)
"French style" gin
Distillation:
collect 100ml of heads, they taste like burnt oranges because of the amertune.
Going into hearts the bright and orange flavors come in
Comes out of the still at 156proof
Bring down to 140proof
