Steeped rose petals in 7 liters of water for 3 minutes

Added 7 liters of alcohol

Started with 14 liters in the still

Got 3 liters of product

Mixed 1 to 1 rose water and spiced alcohol

Then add 9 liters of water steeped at 140F with roses for 5 minutes

Notes

The rose flavor comes out much more as you add the spiced alcohol

The hibiscus and the pea flower infuse better with a higher percentage of water

25 August: infused the hibiscus for 30min but it seems the color is too strong, for a pale pink maybe 20min is enough
